Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you visit gofactai.com, we collect standard web analytics (page views, session duration, referrer) only after you consent to the Analytics category. We do not collect analytics without consent. When you book a discovery call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name and email subject to their privacy policy. When you subscribe to our newsletter or request a resource, we collect your email address. API customers' LLM output data is processed in-transit for verification and is not retained beyond 24 hours in our processing buffer.

How we use your data

Website analytics help us understand which content is useful to visitors. Email addresses collected via newsletter signup are used only to send the newsletter — never sold or shared with third parties. Discovery call information is used to prepare for and follow up on your call. We do not train AI models on your data.

Third-party services

We use: Posthog (analytics, consent-gated), Resend (transactional email), Calendly (call booking), Cloudflare (CDN, DDoS protection, Turnstile, Workers). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We have selected services that are compatible with GDPR and PIPEDA requirements.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@gofactai.com and we will respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR. Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to store your analytics consent preference (key: gofactai_analytics_consent). It records whether you have allowed the Analytics category (PostHog, anonymous page-view counts). Strictly-necessary cookies are limited to that consent record itself. No tracking cookies are set without your consent. No third-party advertising cookies are used. You can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
