By accessing gofactai.com, you agree to these terms. If you are accessing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Services
Fact AI Lab builds AI automation for regulated industries. This site provides information about our work, free tools, and early-access signups. Paid products are governed by separate agreements entered into when you subscribe to them.
Free tools and content
Free calculators, checkers, and articles on this site are informational decision-support, not legal advice. They reflect published BC rules as of the date shown on each tool. Verify anything consequential with the BC Residential Tenancy Branch or a lawyer before acting on it.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to Fact AI Lab. You grant Fact AI Lab a limited license to process your data solely to provide the verification service. We do not use your data to train models, and we do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fact AI Lab to process data in violation of applicable law, to circumvent regulatory obligations rather than satisfy them, or to generate misleading audit records. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations.
Limitation of liability
Fact AI Lab is infrastructure, not legal counsel. Our audit trails support your compliance program - they do not substitute for legal advice or guarantee regulatory approval. Fact AI Lab's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, BC.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@gofactai.com.
